Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will be imposed. No-shows or failure to cancel a reservation by 6:00pm will result in one day's fee being charged to your credit card. Reservations held on a 6:00pm hold will be released unless the office is notified and a credit card is given for late arrival.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-In Time: 3:00pm
Check-Out Time: 11:00am

If the room is available, an early check-in can be accommodated. If you require an early check in, call management in advance to arrange.

Pets

Small pets may be accommodated in certain rooms. Sorry, pets are not allowed in many of our signature rooms. If you wish to bring a pet, you must call the manager and arrange in advance. A $15 daily pet fee will be added to the cost of your room.

Smoking Policies

Most of our rooms are non-smoking, however we do reserve a small number of smoking rooms to accommodate our smoking guests. We do strictly enforce our smoking policies. If we determine that a guest has been smoking in a non-smoking room, they will be asked to leave and a $50 cleaning fee will be assessed. Guest will not receive a refund for room charges if asked to leave.
